Growing From Strength to Strength with Self-Assessment Tools

About Us

Introduction

As part of NCSS' efforts to strengthen the social service sector's volunteer management capacity and capability, a set of the following Self-Assessment Tools (SAT) have been developed by NCSS to support agencies and volunteer management practitioners in enhancing their volunteer management work.

Volunteer Management System Selection and Implementation Roadmap SAT

This tool is intended to help the agency better understand their needs, requirements, processes and readiness for a volunteer management system.

Learning & Development Roadmap SAT

This tool is intended for Volunteer Management Practitioners (VMPs) to assess their proficiency levels and gaps, and to identify suitable training courses to support their learning and development needs, so as to perform effectively in their current and future volunteer management roles.
